Which email clients is your stationary compatible with?

Our stationary has been tested on MS Outlook 2003 and MS Outlook Express 6. It hasn't been tested on others yet but it is meant to be working with Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express 5

 

I have paid for and downloaded the stationary. What do I do now?

You need to download and run your installation file from the link we have sent you in the email. When you run it, enter the name you want to use to identify your new stationary and click OK.
When the installation is complete, follow the steps in How do I activate the stationary in MS Outlook? or How do I activate the stationary in MS Outlook Express? depending on the email client you use

 

I have installed the stationary using your installer but nothing has changed

Depending on the email client you are using, please follow the steps in How do I activate the stationary in MS Outlook? or How do I activate the stationary in MS Outlook Express?

 

How do I activate the stationary in MS Outlook?

go to Tools -> Options
Click the Mail Format Tab and in the section Stationary and Fonts select your new stationary

 

How do I activate the stationary in MS Outlook Express?

go to Tools -> Options
Click the Compose Tab and in the section Stationary tick the Mail checkbox, then select your new stationary

 

I have lost my downloaded file - can I re-download my stationary file?

We are very sorry but because of the great demand and due to privacy reasons, we don't store your stationary details for more than 7 days. Within the first 7 days you can redownload the stationary by following a link in the email we've sent you .
